Sheet Vegatin

Gelatin for vegans and vegetarians 

So far, vegetarian and vegan gelling agents have only been available in powder form. Now, with the first plant-based gelling agent in sheet form, you can easily make your vegetarian and vegan recipes. With Decocino Sheet Vegatin there’s no painstaking conversion; vegatin in leaf form can be used straight away and replaces the conventional gelatin in a ratio of one to three. The sheet vegatin is based on agar agar. One package contains two sheets of vegatin, which corresponds to the gelling strength of six sheets of conventional gelatin.
