What you need: a baking frame

For the brownie mixture

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 120g butter
  • 80g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 120g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100g chopped walnuts

For the decoration

  • Decocino VanillaFIX

For the cookie dough

  • 200g flour
  • 150g cane sugar
  • 120g chocolate drops
  • 125g butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Decocino Tonka Flavour Paste
  • 1 pinch of salt

  1. For the brownie mixture, melt the chocolate with the butter over a bain marie. The mixture should not get hot, only warm.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar, salt and eggs to create a creamy mixture. Then add the chocolate and butter and mix well. Add the flour and the roughly chopped walnuts.
  3. The brownie dough should then be placed in a lightly greased mould lined with baking paper and set aside.
  4. To make the delicious cookie dough, stir the butter, sugar and tonka paste together until creamy, then add the egg and stir well. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder and then add to the butter mixture. Finally add the chocolate drops.
  5. You can then flatten the dough a little and spread it in portions over the brownie mixture.
  6. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes. After baking, the cake should be left to cool completely. It can then be cut into small squares and eaten.
  7. For a real showstopper, add a layer of warm VanillaFix sauce on top.
