What you need: silicone mould suitable for freezing
- Place the cooled VanillaFIX in a mixing bowl and beat for at least 3 minutes to form a stable cream.
- Stir in the yoghurt with the fruit.
- Pour the cream into the silicone mould and place in the freezer overnight
- Whip the cream, and remove the ice cream bomb from the mould.
- Garnish with cream rosettes and finish with fruit.
