Ice cream bomb with fruits

approx. 15 mins preparation time, freeze overnight easy
What you need: silicone mould suitable for freezing

For the ice cream bomb

  • 500ml Decocino VanillaFIX
  • 150g yoghurt
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 200g raspberries

For the decoration

  • Mixed fruit
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Ice cream cones

Preparation

Preparation

  1. Place the cooled VanillaFIX in a mixing bowl and beat for at least 3 minutes to form a stable cream.
  2. Stir in the yoghurt with the fruit.
  3. Pour the cream into the silicone mould and place in the freezer overnight
  4. Whip the cream, and remove the ice cream bomb from the mould.
  5. Garnish with cream rosettes and finish with fruit.
