Schaumkuss cake

Preparation time about 45 minuteseasy
What you need: Flan case with edges, bought or homemade

For the Schaumkuss

  • 9 chocolate marshmellow treats
  • 250 g quark
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • Cream stabiliser
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tin mandarins


  • Decocino glittery snow, gold


Baking without Baking

  1. Separate the wafer bases from the marshmallow treats and put to one side.
  2. Blend together the quark, lemon juice and marshmallow treats.
  3. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the quark and marshmallow mixture
  4. Put a few mandarins to one side to decorate. Finely chop the remaining mandarins, fold into the mixture and spread everything out in the flan case.


  1. Cut the wafer bases in half and spread on the cake together with the mandarines.
  2. Sprinkle on Decocino glittery snow and keep in the fridge until ready for consumption.
