Decocino's Mini Pearls are covered in milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate. The high-quality premium chocolate coating ensures a wonderfully delicious chocolate taste. Thanks to the three types of chocolate, the chocolate sprinkle mix also comes in a variety of colors. With Decocino's Mini Pearls you have three varieties in one mix and don't have to buy several different packs of chocolate pearls.
For filling and decorating chocolates
Decocino's Mini Pearls are ideal for filling and decorating pralines and truffles. Simply stir the chocolate pearls into your liquid chocolate coating, nougat or fruit filling. The core of the Decocino Mini Pearls stays nice and crunchy and because of the small size of the chocolate pearls (approx. 1mm diameter), the crunchy filling fits perfectly through the opening of your hollow praline bodies.
