This giveaway is organized by DEKOBACK GmbH, Flinsbacher Str.
3, 74921 Helmstadt-Bargen, Germany. By participating in this
giveaway, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

 1 Participation in the giveaway

(1) Eligibility is open to all natural persons residing
in Germany who are at least 18 years of age, are subscribers
to the official Decocino page on Instagram, provide the mandatory
required data correctly, and have accepted these terms and conditions. Minors require the consent of their legal guardians to participate.

(2) Each person may only participate in the giveaway once.

(3) Participation in the giveaway is free and independent of the
purchase of any goods or services from
DEKOBACK GmbH. Aside from completing the marketing questionnaire or correctly fulfilling the giveaway task, the participant is not required to provide any other services in order to participate.

(4) A person participates in the giveaway by correctly answering or fulfilling all
giveaway tasks. The giveaway responses must be received within the deadline specified in the giveaway. The receipt of the data by DEKOBACK GmbH serves as the verification for meeting the deadline.

(5) The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data, especially
personal data, email address, and, if applicable, postal address. The deadline for participation in the giveaway is 21.08.2026, 11:59 PM German time. The electronically logged receipt of the corresponding
comment serves as verification for meeting the deadline.

2 Exclusion from the giveaway

(1) DEKOBACK GmbH is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the prize draw if there are valid reasons, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, multiple entries, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to withdraw and reclaim prizes retroactively if necessary.

(2) Employees of DEKOBACK GmbH and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

(3) Each participant may only participate once. Prize draw clubs
and automated giveaway services are not eligible to participate.

3 Process

(1) Participation in the giveaway is open to anyone who fulfills §§1 and 2 and answers the
giveaway question or correctly fulfills the giveaway conditions. By participating in the giveaway, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions. The giveaway question for this giveaway is as follows:

- Follow our account @decocino as well as the participating content creators
- Like the post
- Tag the participating content creator in the comments with whom you would like to bake together

(2) The prizes will be determined among all eligible
participants in an independent raffle. The decision is final.

(3) The winners will be notified via comment and by
private message (DM) on Instagram.

(4) The names of the winners may be published by DEKOBACK GmbH
in brochures, on the website, and on their own
Instagram account.

(5) The free delivery of the prize by mail can only take place within Germany.

(6) Cash payment, changes, or exchanges of the prizes are not possible.

(7) Prize claims are non-transferable.

(8) Prizes not claimed within the specified period will be forfeited.

4 Notification of winners

(1) The winners will be notified within five working
days after the end of the campaign. The winner will be notified via DM on the official
DEKOBACK GmbH Instagram page.

(2) With the prize notification, winners will be asked to provide
DEKOBACK with the contact details required for sending or handing over the prize. Winners are responsible for the accuracy of the provided
contact details.

(3) Should a winner not respond within 7 days of the
prize notification, the prize will be forfeited. The same applies in the event that a winner provides DEKOBACK GmbH with incorrect contact details, making the delivery or handover of the prize impossible.

5 Reservation clause

DEKOBACK GmbH reserves the right to cancel or end the giveaway at any time without

prior notice and without giving reasons. However, DEKOBACK GmbH will only exercise this option if a proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system,
manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.

6 Disclaimer

The giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but DEKOBACK GmbH. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway should not be directed to
Instagram, but directly to

7 Data protection provision

Providing data is voluntary. By participating in the giveaway,
the participant expressly agrees
that DEKOBACK GmbH may store and use the data required for this purpose, in particular the personal information provided during participation and for the handover of a potential prize, for the duration of the giveaway and for the purpose of processing the giveaway. The participant is free to withdraw consent for the storage and use of the relevant data at any time by contacting us via https://www.dekoback.com/kontakt/. If the withdrawal occurs before the prize notification, it is considered a withdrawal from participation in this giveaway. DEKOBACK GmbH guarantees the highest possible data protection standard within the scope of this giveaway and complies with all relevant legal provisions.
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties or sold. After the giveaway has been processed, the
personal data will be blocked or deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.

8 Miscellaneous

Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining
terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate regulation that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. The DEKOBACK GmbH team reserves the right to change the
terms and conditions at any time.
