ordering process
Ordering at Decocino is very easy: you put the item you want in the appropriate quantity in the shopping cart and then click on the "Checkout" button to proceed to the payment process. If you already have a customer account, you can log in with your user data. Alternatively, you can of course also order without a customer account.
No, there is no minimum order value in the Decocino online shop.
For every package that is sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email, including a link to track your shipment. Click on the link in the shipping confirmation and you will always know where your shipment is and how long it will take to reach you.
If you have ordered with a customer account, you can easily view your previous orders here . This way you can reorder your favorite decorations again and again without having to fill your shopping cart each time.
Your order confirmation email may have gotten lost in the spam folder of your email account. Please check there. If you cannot find an email from us there either, please contact us at service@decocino.com. We will then of course resend your order confirmation to you immediately.
Shipment
Orders and deliveries are generally possible within Germany and Austria.
Your order will usually reach you within 1 to 3 working days.
For orders over 39€, shipping is free within Germany. For smaller orders, shipping costs of 3.90€ apply.
We ship to Austria free of charge for orders over 70€. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are 12.90€.
We ship with DHL.

You can pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofortüberweisung (eps and Klarna) or invoice (Klarna). You can find more information about the payment methods under "Payment and Shipping".
range
Yes, the entire Decocino range is available in the Decocino online shop, as long as the products are currently available. There are also seasonal cake decorations and exclusive offers only for Decocino online shop customers.
If you have already used the search function and still cannot find a Decocino product in the shop, then write us an email. We will answer your question as quickly as possible.
vouchers and discount codes
You can easily redeem a discount code during the ordering process at checkout. To do so, enter the code in the "Discount code" field.
No problem. You can continue shopping with your voucher until the voucher value is used up. Please note that shipping costs may be due depending on the order value.
No, unfortunately that will not work.
No, unfortunately that's not possible. However, you can use your voucher to shop online for up to 3 years after the date of issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for lost vouchers. But check your email account again to see if you can still find the voucher there and print it out again.
Your voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
