If you already have a customer account, you can log in with your user data. Alternatively, you can of course also place an order without a customer account.

No, there is no minimum order value in the Decocino online shop. However, delivery is only free of charge for orders of €39 or more.

For every package sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email, including a link for shipment tracking. Click on the link in the shipping confirmation to see where your shipment is currently located and how long it will take to reach you.

If you placed your order using a customer account, you can easily view your previous orders here. This way, you can reorder your favorite products again and again without having to add them to your cart every time.

Perhaps your order confirmation email has wandered into your email account's spam folder. If you cannot find an email from us there either, please contact us at service@decocino.com. We will, of course, resend your order confirmation to you immediately.

Orders and deliveries are generally possible within Germany and Austria.

Your order will typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. 

For orders of €39 or more, shipping within Germany is free. For smaller orders, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies.

We ship to Austria free of charge for orders of €69 or more. Below that, shipping costs of €8.90 apply. 

We ship with DHL or GLS.

You can pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal, Sofort (Klarna), or by invoice (Klarna). You can find more information about the payment methods under “Payment and Shipping”.

Yes, the entire range is available to you, provided the products are currently in stock.

You can easily redeem a discount code or voucher during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the "Discount code and voucher" field.

No problem. You can use your voucher to shop until the voucher value has been used up. Please note that shipping costs may apply depending on the order value.

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for lost vouchers. It is best to check your email account again to see if you can find the voucher there.
