The Decocino fondant with 25% dark chocolate is very easy to work with: simply knead it until soft or place it in the microwave for 4-5 seconds at 800 watts. You can then roll it out to the desired thickness and size and cover your cakes and tarts with it.
When kneading, make sure that you knead the Decocino fondant with chocolate well. This will make it particularly smooth and give it an even structure.
You can reuse any leftover fondant: Pack it airtight, e.g. in a storage container with a lid, and store it in a dry place. This way you can easily use it again later for decoration.
